Responsibilities
Work on all phases and structures related to public finance transactions
Advise clients on state and federal governmental and tax law issues
Provide critical bond counsel support on private activity transactions
Handle health care, exempt facility, private activity, special purpose transactions, and governmental transactions
Qualification
Required
A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Montana bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Montana
At least three years of relevant experience
Preferred
Admission to the Colorado bar is a plus
