Responsibilities

Researching user needs, product requirements, competitive analysis, and industry trends

Conducting field research of users and products. May include on-site observation, interviews, filming and task analysis

Creating prototypes to design, test, and help develop new experiences

Collaborating with designers and other Crown departments to bring your ideas to life

Creating visual documentation to support software and Design System development

Required

Be enrolled in an associate or bachelor degree program in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interactive Media or Visual Design

Good written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation to travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday
