The Kenworth Division is seeking a motivated intern for their 2026 Internship Program to gain hands-on experience in product planning through various projects, market research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Assist in conducting market research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for new products or product improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and operations, to help ensure successful product development and launch
Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
Assist in the development of a forecasting tool
Learn about the product development life cycle and product development process, including design, prototyping, and testing
Assist with the planning and implementation of customer-focused research events
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields
Strong interest in the trucking industry and product planning
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of or some experience in Human Centered Design
Comfortable and effective in interacting with managers, co-workers, and customers
Strong professionalism
Preferred
Junior or senior standing preferred
