Required

Active pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Concrete Industry Management (CIM), Construction Science Management/Construction Management, Business Admin/Business Management, Mechanical Engineer, Environmental Engineering or related field (open to more degrees) with at least junior year standing

A GPA of 2.5 or above

Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Strong analytical and communication abilities, with the capability to present ideas clearly and effectively

Enjoyment of both independent work and teamwork

Preferred

A GPA of 3.0 or higher

Previous experience from individuals who share our passion for the industry and have gained valuable insights through internships, co-op programs, or university projects
