Responsibilities

Build, configure, and test high-fidelity NGTS parametric constructive modeling and simulation (M&S) models of platforms (e.g., fighter aircraft, bombers, AEW, naval ships, submarines, SAMs, ground vehicles) using NGTS graphical user interfaces (GUIs), configuration tools, and development guides/SOPs
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and use intelligence databases to accurately model red and blue force systems
Translate complex intelligence data into realistic, behavior-driven models within NGTS to reflect real-world system performance and threat behavior
Conduct mission system modeling for various domains including radars, sensors (EO/IR, RWR, IRST), weapons (seekers, missile guidance), and countermeasures (jammers)
Support verification and validation (V&V) efforts by developing test plans, executing simulations, and documenting test methodology, procedures, and results
Troubleshoot and analyze anomalies in simulation performance; identify root causes and work with software developers/engineers to resolve technical issues
