As a PE Development Lab intern, you will contribute to the development of technical products and systems while working with a team of engineers and technicians to test and analyze the performance of new fuel designs.

Responsibilities
Work with a team of engineers and technicians to test and analyze the performance of new fuel designs
Apply engineering principles and engineering codes & standards, such as ASME and ANSI, to the design and evaluation of systems
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Help resolve technical issues for operating and new (i.e., AP1000) nuclear power plants
Support engineers in the development of calculations and reports to document design and analysis results
Learn new engineering topics through participation in technical seminars
Work with engineers within and outside of the United States
Qualification
Required
Pursue a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Complete Sophomore year of college
