Responsibilities

Light communication with clients
Helping clients complete paperwork and forms
Answering the office phone when present
Organizing digital and physical files
Preparing simple checklists or follow-up notes
Basic email drafting or editing
Weekly status check-ins
Assisting with marketing projects (not only social media)
Client follow-ups and appointment confirmations
Preparing meeting materials
Supporting marketing and outreach projects
Managing documents and workflows
Updating internal systems and processes
Helping with multi-step client service tasks
