Responsibilities
Overseeing the timely restoration of network infrastructure and service operations to minimize business impact
Serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for Major Incidents
Coordinates incident response activities across multiple teams
Ensures incidents are managed in accordance with agency policies and processes
Provides leadership for Tier 1 and Tier 2 incident responses
Drives continuous improvement of the Incident Management process
Qualification
Required
Experience in overseeing network infrastructure and service operations
Ability to coordinate incident response activities across multiple teams
Knowledge of agency policies and processes related to incident management
Leadership experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 incident responses
Experience in driving continuous improvement of the Incident Management process
