Responsibilities
Help analyze existing IT processes, workflows, suggest improvements and communicate findings to team leads and managers
Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and support decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, ensure compliance with established standards, and suggest improvements
Help maintain internal documentation, dashboards, and knowledge bases
Contribute to automation and digital transformation projects
Shadow IT project managers and process analysts to gain exposure to project lifecycle activities
Prepare presentations, summaries, and communication materials for management
Perform administrative tasks related to IT operations and service management
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Completed Sophomore year of college
