Global Trader Voice Services Analyst

Responsibilities
Provide integral support to a team of high-performance IT/Trader Voice Professionals and subject matter experts for all activities related to Trader Voice and Voice Recording technologies
Have global accountability of voice recording technology within GTS/GBM for all business partners working in collaboration with HR, Compliance, Legal, and other IT Groups
Support the workflow for producing voice recordings and gathering evidence for both routine and complex global requests
Work closely with global teams to help standardize and improve voice recording tools, as well as preservation and extraction processes
Support voice-related initiatives by helping prepare presentations and communications for senior stakeholders, including Bank executives, regulators, and compliance teams
Assist in building and maintaining a global operating model for voice data management
Help ensure system availability and data integrity while working with teams such as HR, Legal, and eDiscovery on IT-related discovery requests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Business Initiatives, Internal Controls, Service Management, and external vendors to help define project scope, support integration efforts, and contribute to scenario planning and test automation
Coordinate solution reviews and approvals by working with internal partners and vendors to ensure all necessary documentation and sign-offs are completed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop application support or communication technologies such as Trader Voice
At least 2 years of experience providing technical support on a trading floor in a medium to large enterprise
3+ years of desktop support experience in medium or large organizations
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++
Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems
Proficient in technical troubleshooting across both hardware and software
Exposure to VM environments (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox)
Basic understanding of security protocols, firewalls, and cybersecurity best practices
You have strong communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English. The same in Spanish is an asset
You have at least 3+ years on working in a Trader Voice environment
You can demonstrate a working knowledge of compliance policies, as well as trading practices & workflows relative to the trading businesses
You have at least 3+ years of progressive working knowledge or experience in Data and Voice at an enterprise scale with industry-recognized tools (e.g., Turrets like BT, IPC, Cloud9, etc…); Voice Recording software (e.g., Verint, NICE, Redbox, etc); Cisco IP Communicator
Demonstrate sound decision-making skills to help resolve day-to-day work challenges, while staying focused and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Build strong working relationships with internal technology and business teams, as well as external vendors, by using clear communication and collaborative interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience with Power BI (optional but a plus)
