Licensed Real Estate Administrative Assistant
Best of Luxury Realty is seeking a Florida Licensed Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support the Tracey Schmitt Group. This role involves managing deal flow, assisting with marketing initiatives, and providing exceptional client service while maintaining day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Manage Deal Flow
Lead the listing coordination process, provide weekly listing reports, schedule and assist with showings, schedule and attend inspections, meet with vendors at the properties, provide client care, and assist in overseeing the Contract-to-Close process
Social Marketing Assistance
You will assist and help expand marketing initiatives on social networks, advertising, and organizing lead generation and management on behalf of the team
Support And Serve
Assist the agent with prioritization, strategy, and keep the team dedicated to key tasks
Draft, implement, and manage systems, checklists, and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient office flow and manage all database management
Provide an executive level of administrative support to the team which includes phone and email management, calendar organization, and task management
Qualification
Required
2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment wearing multiple hats
An active Florida real estate license is required
You live within a 20-minute commute to Aventura, FL
You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks
You have a driver's license and you carry insurance
Preferred
Residential real estate experience and have supported others in this capacity
