Responsibilities
Lead large, complex projects end-to-end, with the ability to break down programs into manageable milestones and deliver against tight deadlines
Define clear program scope, success metrics, timelines, and communication plans for complex and ambiguous problem spaces
Facilitate communication and alignment across engineering, product, security, compliance, and operations stakeholders. Influence architectural and security decisions balanced by business needs and technical constraints
Gather complex, sometimes unstructured data inputs from multiple sources (both internally and externally) and identify new data sources that will enhance business outcomes and support strategic and tactical objectives
Ensure that stated and unstated goals, business issues, concerns and priorities are surfaced, understood, and addressed
Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance
Prepare and deliver regular updates, executive communications, and detailed program artifacts, keeping stakeholders informed at all levels
Establish and improve program management processes to increase transparency, execution speed, and accountability
Partner with engineering leaders to continuously improve operational excellence, incident response, and program delivery
Champion OCI values such as 'Own without Ego', 'Act Now, and Iterate', and 'Earn Trust, Give Trust' in every aspect of delivery
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related field
Ability to lead large, complex projects end-to-end
Experience in breaking down programs into manageable milestones
Ability to define clear program scope, success metrics, timelines, and communication plans
Experience facilitating communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders
Ability to influence architectural and security decisions
Experience gathering complex, unstructured data inputs from multiple sources
Ability to identify new data sources that enhance business outcomes
Experience surfacing, understanding, and addressing stated and unstated goals and business issues
Ability to build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders
Experience preparing and delivering regular updates and executive communications
Ability to establish and improve program management processes
Experience partnering with engineering leaders to improve operational excellence
Ability to champion company values in every aspect of delivery
Fluency in English
