The role involves troubleshooting, installation, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies while traveling to various job sites.

Responsibilities

Supervise/assist in troubleshooting of problems, installation, assembly or disassembly of pumps, and/or seals

Travel to jobsites worldwide upon dispatching by Field Service Manager

Responsible for completing and forwarding to Corporate office all necessary paperwork for all jobs

Inform closest Service Center of any potential sales activities while at site

Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide LEAN and EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in pump factory or Service Center with skills in different work processes of pump manufacturing, assembly, or testing—Sulzer Apprenticeship Program meets these requirements

Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and listening skills

Strong ability to utilize technical knowledge and analytical skills to resolve problems and customer complaints

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills, with proficiency in latest 'Microsoft' software
