IT Intern
Valvoline Global Operations is seeking an IT Intern to support their Information Technology, Engineering, and Research & Development teams. This role provides hands-on experience in a corporate environment while assisting with technical projects, troubleshooting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in hardware, software, or applications
Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities
Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making
Collaborate with team members on technical documentation and process standardization
Participate in project meetings, contribute ideas, and help track deliverables
Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend solutions where appropriate
Provide end-user support under supervision, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
Maintain confidentiality of information and ensure compliance with company standards
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of computer systems, applications, and networking concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with guidance and collaborate within a team environment
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
