Responsibilities

This individual will work on automation of yield report generation for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
There will be other opportunities to help with yield improvement projects for the GaAs HBT processes in the Newbury Park wafer fab

Qualification

Software development knowledgeHigher level programming CHigher level programming PythonExcel macrosData analysisClear code generationScripts for CamlinePareto charts

Required

Candidate must be enrolled in a B S or M S college program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related technical field
Must be able to work onsite up to 3-months (May to August 2026)
Software development knowledge
Generation of Excel macros
Generation of clear code that can be followed by other engineers for continuous maintenance of application

Preferred

Hands-on skills in software development
Higher level computer programming skills, such as C or Python
Experience in data analysis of large data sets
Generation of scripts for Camline
Understanding and creation of pareto charts
