Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in new and existing international markets to expand the business
Develop and manage a pipeline of business development opportunities
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on business development activities and results
Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
Provide input on product development and marketing strategies based on market feedback
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage and mentor junior business development staff
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
