Responsible for identifying and managing dependencies across multiple projects within the program
Leads governance reviews to monitor progress, ensure accountability, and support decision-making
Actively engages stakeholders to align program outcomes with business goals and to drive adoption of PMO processes across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of project/program management experience
Strong leadership and organizational change skills
Preferred
PMP preferred (or other applicable framework)
Experience in manufacturing or technical environments preferred
