Responsibilities

Leading the Alliance sales activity by delivering against defined sales and pipeline targets
Building relationships with top priority clients for joint alliance pursuits
Driving sales directly in the market
Being a subject matter expert on the alliance program, MSFT powered transformations and solutions
Developing/maintaining relevant alliance partner relationships
Leading pursuits independently through qualification phase if needed
Actively engaging with MSFT, your client(s) and EY account and industry leadership

Qualification

Quota carrying sales experienceMSFT channel sales experienceEnterprise solutions salesMicrosoft technologies expertiseClient management skillsMarketplaceTechnical IT backgroundCoachingTeam selling experienceExecutive presenceMentoring skills

Required

12 to 15+ years of quota carrying sales experience in professional services, solutions, and technology
Direct and MSFT channel sales experience
Experience selling enterprise solutions to Consumer Products and Retail clients
Services sales experience working at Big 4 firm or other GSI
Knowledge and expertise across top Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Azure/cloud, Data & AI, cyber and Power Platforms
Expert client management and relationship skills, strong executive presence, and expertise in influencing without authority
Expert knowledge of EY's Alliances, products and services
Solid understanding of the marketplace/industry, competitive intel, and target account profiles information
Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict
A University/bachelor's degree

Preferred

Technical IT background and/or delivery management leadership experience
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Team selling experience
Ability to travel
