Responsibilities

Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for clients during onboarding, implementation, and go-live

Tailor sessions to different audiences including radiologists, IT administrators, and support staff

Partnering with the product teams to evaluate new product features and translate them into clear, actionable training materials and solutions

Host client conference calls to review new functionality, share best practices, and drive adoption

Deliver internal training sessions to ensure Sirona teams stay current on product functionality and workflow best practices

Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Support to synchronize training across the organization

Maintain consistency and quality across all client training engagements

Collect and analyze feedback to refine training programs and improve the client learning experience

Required

5+ years of experience in customer training, client enablement, and professional education within SaaS, healthtech, or clinical technology environments

Excellent communication and facilitation skills; confident presenting to clinical and administrative teams

Strong technical curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and teach complex software workflows

Experience with virtual training tools and LMS platforms
