Responsibilities
Support the monthly forecast and annual budget process, including variance analysis and management reporting
Assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business decision-making
Prepare and analyze KPI dashboards and performance metrics across business units
Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain) to understand financial impacts of business activities
Develop presentations and reporting materials for senior finance leadership
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and planning processes
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics
Strong academic performance (GPA ≥ 3.0 preferred)
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to tools such as Power BI, SAP, or Hyperion a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred
Prior internship, co-op, or project work in Finance or Accounting
Familiarity with financial statements and basic corporate finance concepts
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines
