Hasbro is a global company dedicated to entertaining and connecting generations of fans through storytelling and play. They are seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to manage onboarding and offboarding processes, support HR policies, and maintain employee records across the organization.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for all topics and processes related to Hasbro and Wizards new hires. Ensure efficient and effective HR service delivery to employees within these groups

Manage new-hire onboarding processes

Manage offboarding processes

Support the implementation of HR policies and processes, ensuring they are well-understood and correctly applied across Hasbro and Wizards

Maintain current knowledge of local (various states) employment legislation and ensure company policy adherence, assisting with the update and dissemination of relevant information

Create and maintain various files, spreadsheets, and/or Employee Central query reports to accommodate employee recordkeeping needs, trigger future actions, and ensure completeness of data and accuracy of organization charts, employee data reports, salary plan roll-ups, etc

Organize and track documentation associated with the annual performance review process
