Responsibilities

Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps for project workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (see REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS)

Design, develop, and implement new software solutions as well as enhance existing systems to support business needs

Collaborate with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable development items

Support stakeholders in refining, defining, and prioritizing software requirements

Provide technical mentorship to fellow developers and contribute to peer code reviews

Operate effectively both independently and within a distributed global team spanning the US and India

Manage tasks and communication using Jira, including ticket tracking and dashboards

Lead and participate in project management activities such as scheduling, status meetings, and milestone tracking

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience

15+ years of hands-on experience with relevant technologies in a professional development environment

AZ-400: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert required

AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies

Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement

Advanced proficiency with: Visual Studio 2022, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, C#, SQL Server, Angular, LINQ, Entity Framework, and Dapper, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, RESTful API development
