Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and promotional materials
Collaborate with the social media team to manage and maintain Tractor Supply Co.'s social media channels, engage with followers, and analyze social media performance
Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to develop marketing collateral
Support marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and tracking of results
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights
Use data analysis tools to extract insights from marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations
Assist in developing and executing customer engagement strategies and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and an eye for design and content
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing concepts
Analytical mindset and the ability to derive insights from data
Enthusiasm for marketing and the rural lifestyle
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to relocate to the Greater Nashville Area for the duration of the internship
