Responsibilities

Daily Management Systems deployment and tracking & 5S Implementation and tracking in SharePoint
Help with gap analysis assessments (Value Steam Mapping, maturity assessment, WMS)
Monitor / validate progress towards our goals (Visual workplace, Policy Deployment)
Coordinate A3 and 8D activities and assisting teams in tracking data
Deploy advanced reporting systems to improve access to critical information by area management
Lead Operational Excellence projects that are critical to short and long-term strategic goals
Facilitate and coach improvement teams
Help identify barriers to project success and solicit help from program champions
Leverage WEC resources for learning in Six Sigma, Lean, WMS, technology, systems, processes and tools
