Responsibilities
Advise on licensing, partnerships, and global deal strategy
Provide legal support for D&D Beyond, including digital and physical product marketplace, privacy, and community engagement
Counsel on digital game development and publishing, including IP, live services, and monetization
Support creator content, UGC, and open source/community standards
Provide clear, practical legal direction in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment
Qualification
Required
J.D. and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Experienced, with 4–8 years in licensing, digital product counseling, UGC, open source, privacy, or interactive entertainment
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Able to prioritize effectively and pragmatically without over-lawyering
Passionate about games, storytelling, and the D&D community
Preferred
Proficient in French (a strong plus)
