Responsibilities
Review and verify vendor registration requests, ensuring that all vendor payments are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies
Assist with monthly close activities of accounting to ensure timely and accurate financial results in compliance with IFRS or GAAP
Work closely with tax, treasury, and other departments to ensure alignment on financial reporting and compliance with IFRS or GAAP
Support External Audits by providing documentation, preparing audit schedules, and implementing recommendations to strengthen internal controls and improve audit readiness
Oversee and manage various accounting teams: accounts payable (AP) or accounts receivable (AR) or fixed Assets (FA)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting, Treasury, or related field
3+ years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, Cost management
Strong knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks
Experience and knowledge in Automotive industry accounting is a plus
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel)
Experience with financial software and reporting tools (e.g. SAP or similar)
