Responsibilities

Proactively identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues on customer networks

Troubleshoot network performance issues. Analyze computer and network environment to optimize network performance, security, and testing functionality

Cloud networking and support

Deploy and maintain environments including large enterprise campus LAN & WAN, VOIP, remote access, and highly available data center networks

Analyze and provide recommendations for the continuous security improvement of the network

Expert knowledge of Firewalls, intrusion detection, network access control and other network security technologies

Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, and overall product solutions

Produce solutions to fulfill customer needs within budget and schedule constraints

Work directly with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve project goals

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM SECURITY CLEARANCE OF TS with CI Poly

This is an onsite role, no remote work

Knowledge of network concepts, architecture, operations, and tools

Minimum DOD 8140/ DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (examples include: A+ CE, CCNA-Security, Security+, Network+ CE, CISSP, CASP, or SSCP)

BS/MS degree in a technical field, or equivalent military or career experience

7+ years of Network Administration/Engineering experience

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, drive IT projects forward in large organizations, and translate technical features into tangible customer business benefits

Self-motivated and capable of high performance under minimal supervision

Excellent business writing and presentation skills

Professionalism appropriate for working with Fortune 500 clients
