Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Advisor
Strategic Resilience Group LLC is seeking Next Generation Target Digital Network Analysts to enhance national security through digital network exploitation and analysis. The role involves conducting advanced analysis of collection and open-source data, maintaining databases, and collaborating with a diverse team to address intelligence needs.

Responsibilities
Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads
Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information
Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints
Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
Work as part of a team, with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings--including any new tradecraft that you develop--with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers
Ability to analyze and produce intelligence information through adding, updating, or enhancing information in mission relevant databases
Ability to conduct target research and analysis and analysis of metadata
Ability to identify target communications within the global network
Ability to create and maintain documentation of analysis, tradecraft, research, and knowledge
Ability to provide formal/informal analysis training in all forms including on-the-job training, creation of video training artifacts, and physical/virtual classroom training
Ability to work with others across analysis disciplines to produce the best possible results and follow oversight and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with Poly
15 years' experience without a degree OR 13 years' experience with an associate degree OR 11 years' experience with a bachelor's degree OR 9 years' experience with a master's degree OR 7 years' experience with a PhD
Relevant experience must be in conducting cyber intelligence analysis, next generation analysis, digital network analysis, or SIGINT analysis to include target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases
Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
Ability to analyze and produce intelligence information through adding, updating, or enhancing information in mission relevant databases

Foreign language proficiency and Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) scores may be considered as relevant experience
Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) may be considered towards the relevant experience requirement (i.e., 24-week JCAC course may count as 6 months of experience) or may be considered equivalent to a technical associates degree
