Action Behavior Centers is dedicated to supporting families in the autism community through ABA therapy. The Clinic Admissions Associate will manage day-to-day administrative functions, provide support to clients and families, and become a subject matter expert on autism to facilitate communication and understanding of the services offered.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources

Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families

You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them

Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership

Required

High School Diploma or GED Required

Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas
