Responsibilities

Develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems (e.g., SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites)
Developing strategies to coordinate an organization’s resources and unite efforts for a healthier and efficient workflow
Organizing the organization's databases
Spearheading the KM programs and projects
Answering inquiries
Processing requisitions
Addressing issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently
Lead and encourage teams to reach organization goals
Implementing the organization's policies and regulations

Required

A Bachelors degree in a related discipline is required to support this effort
3 years of experience required
Nine years experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
TS/SCI Clearance

Preferred

Certification from KM Institute (Certified Knowledge Practitioner(CKPTM), or Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM))
TS/SCI with Poly
