Senior Program Manager of GME Institutional Accreditation
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is a leading institution in pediatric research and treatment, and they are seeking a Senior Program Manager of GME Institutional Accreditation. This role is responsible for overseeing accreditation compliance, managing documentation, and providing guidance to program coordinators and directors within the Graduate Medical Education department.

Responsibilities
Oversees ACGME ADS system, providing technical support to programs for submissions and updates
Monitors GME-wide (large scale) accreditation compliance among programs
Maintains GME accreditation and GMEC records, including GMEC minutes, communications and accreditation actions
Ensures programs comply with ACGME updates, surveys, and evaluations
Analyze data for the Annual Institutional Review (AIR)
Receives, review and validate program director reports
Prepares accreditation documents and resources to be used by all GME programs
Reviews annual accreditation submissions and provides edit suggestions
Reviews annual program assessment documents and provides suggested edits for program policies and procedures to better meet accreditation requirements
Exhibits excellent knowledge of institutional and GME policies, procedures and curricular requirements
Serves as a resource for program coordinators to monitor processes in meeting ACGME common program requirements
Serves as primary point of contact for program leadership among GME programs on campus
Advises program directors and program coordinators of ACGME and institutional requirements and provides suggestions/guidance for meeting those requirements
Collaboratively works with GME leaders and program coordinators to ensure compliance with requirements such as Milestones, evaluations, program and institutional reviews and surveys
Ensures all program requirements are fulfilled to support the educational needs of both faculty and fellows
Reviews the GME Handbooks for all training programs annually to ensure all required information is contained and accurate
Reviews the Coordinator Handbook for each position to ensure all required information is contained and accurate
Develops procedures for the institutional GME Department and participates in strategic planning
Plays a key role in orientations, ACGME site visits, CLER visits, and maintaining current knowledge of licensure and immigration requirements
Remains current with accreditation requirement standards, update institutional policies and communicate changes to GME leaders and support staff at the institutional level and program level
Manages the GME policies and procedures to include preparing the policy for GMEC approval, ensuring that they are posted to the website after the GMEC approves, placing them in the document management system, and notifying all program directors and/or residents as necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ progressive years of experience in a business-facing program management role
Significant experience in risk management, issue resolution, resource management, and financial tracking of multiple/ complex programs
Experience leading large/complex/ multiple programs with a focus on internal and external customer needs
Proven experience in operational management and budget planning & management through diverse program teams
Proven experience facilitating and presenting updates to leadership team
Experience in organizational capability development within program management
Experience managing a program management team
