Responsibilities

Lead discovery to identify and validate customer problems through research, interviews, and data analysis

Translate insights into a clear roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment

Keep ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive moves to inform product direction

Partner with engineering to design scalable, technically feasible solutions that align with product vision

Collaborate with design to ensure user workflows are intuitive, consistent, and meet high usability standards

Facilitate discussions to resolve design/technical trade-offs while keeping delivery on track

Align with sales, enablement, and customer success to deliver seamless go-to-market launches

Own and manage the backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity for development teams

Drive delivery through Agile processes, proactively removing blockers and managing dependencies

Measure success using product analytics, customer feedback, and business impact, iterating where needed

Make timely decisions in ambiguous situations, balancing speed, quality, and scope

Required

4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS B2B or enterprise environment

Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end SaaS products from concept through launch

Strong technical fluency - able to discuss APIs, integrations, and architecture trade-offs with engineering

Highly skilled at working across product, design, and engineering with a shared sense of ownership

Strong problem-solving ability, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information

Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Fullstory) to track product usage and guide decisions

Familiarity with Agile ways of working, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning

Candidates must have current, valid work authorization in the country where the role is based

Preferred

Experience in legal tech or other compliance-heavy industries
