Worksite Marketing - Service Desk Coordinator
The Cincinnati Insurance Companies is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator to join their Worksite Marketing Department. This role involves preparing and organizing files, managing daily reporting, and providing excellent customer service while collaborating within a diverse team.

Prepare and organize files

Perform application counts
Handle daily policy page processing
Act as a backup to case managers to assist with approvals
Handle certified mailing and manage supply ordering and inventory
Process return mail
Identify electronic documents and create work items for case managers
Separate and manage electronic group documents into individual work items
