Responsibilities

Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, devops, and other backend developers
Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
Add testable, high quality, scalable, testable, and maintainable code
Build and enhance features for the Agent facing tools
Ensure backend solutions meet business requirements and deliver an excellent user experience
Contribute to ongoing improvements in backend architecture, standards, and best practices

Required

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Preferred

Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Cloud Infrastructure (Preferred GCP Experience)
Ability to derive actionable insights from usage data (e.g., frequently accessed pages, customer journey mapping)
Experience with mission-critical enterprise applications
Exposure to Agile development methodologies
