Responsibilities
Lead and manage crew members to ensure high performance and satisfaction
Complete jobs on time and within budget
Plan job logistics, ensuring materials and tools are ready
Enforce quality and safety standards for the crew
Submit job reports, close-out documentation, and photos
Communicate effectively with field Construction Managers
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of wireless RF communications and RFDS
Skilled in antenna, base, microwave, and power systems installation and maintenance
Ability to follow MOPs and perform routine construction and repair
Comfortable working at heights and in remote locations
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Willingness to travel for 4–6 week rotations
Valid driver's license and ability to tow trailers. Out of market travel is required
Physically able to lift 50–100 lbs and climb structures 150'+
Proficient with wireless tools, test equipment, and inventory systems
OSHA 10/30
Certified Tower Climber
NWSA TTT1 Certification (at a minimum)
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
5+ years in cellular construction and tower climbing
3+ year experience with Dish, Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile builds
RF Foreman experience is a must
