Responsibilities
Write, review, and optimize complex SQL queries and data models
Investigate and resolve issues across our AI analytics pipeline
Work directly with customers to understand their data structures and ensure Supper performs flawlessly in their environment
Translate customer challenges and recurring issues into actionable feedback for the product and engineering teams
Identify where syncing, schema design, or data transformation can be improved
Serve as a bridge between customers, engineers, and account managers
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles in tech or startup environments
Deep experience with SQL; familiarity with data modeling, ETL/ELT, and BI tools
Strong organizational and communication skills — able to translate complex technical findings into clear recommendations
High intellectual curiosity, low ego, and a bias for action
Excited to work from Supper's NYC office 4 days/week (1 remote day/week)
