Responsibilities

Provides technical guidance, direction, and coordination in administering the Installation Master Plan on existing and required facilities as well as anticipated developments and requirements
Develops documents and supporting information for project submissions for all projects in the Real Property Master Plan
Maintains familiarity with all Army Regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, and guidance related to installation master planning
Coordinates with relevant stakeholders in the collection, analysis, and verification of project requirements during the planning phase of projects
Assists in developing the installation long-range development and capital investment plan to assure adequate facilities for current and future mission requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in engineering from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent
A combination of education and experience that demonstrates knowledge of physical and mathematical sciences underlying engineering
One year of specialized experience for GS-09 level, applying engineering concepts and principles to assist with planning project documentation
One year of specialized experience for GS-11 level, applying engineering concepts and principles to assist with real property management
One year of specialized experience for GS-12 level, providing engineering expertise in the development and/or management of real property master plans
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Meet all requirements for data analytics level 2 certification within 24 months of being placed in the position
U.S. Citizenship

Preferred

Master's or equivalent graduate degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a relevant field
Experience in data analytics
