Responsibilities
Build scalable web and mobile features using React.js , TypeScript , Node.js/Nest.js, and React Native
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and analysts to ship high-impact, data-driven features
Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs that support scalable user experiences
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with performance and scalability in mind
Continuously improve architecture , system performance , and developer productivity
High-converting onboarding and sign-up flows
Global landing pages and campaign tools
Funnel optimization, A/B testing, and performance tuning
SEO & Advertisement
Gamified features and community mechanics
Messaging, notifications, and habit loops
Real-time features and behavioral analytics
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development in product-led or high-growth teams
Strong skills in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, React Native, and HTML/CSS (SCSS/Tailwind)
Familiar with A/B testing and end-to-end testing frameworks
Experience with conversion funnels or engagement features
Solid skills in PHP/Symfony, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, and API performance tuning
Familiar with MySQL, memcache, and Redis
Fluent in English and comfortable working with distributed teams
Preferred
Experience with Node.js, Webpack, or Go
Familiar with GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and dev automation tools
Exposure to subscription-based or social apps (especially dating/lifestyle/gaming/entertainment)
Native app experience (Swift/Kotlin)
Open-source contributions or community involvement
