Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and align departmental strategies with company objectives
Evaluate project profitability, operational performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization
Support the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to guide business planning
Act as a trusted advisor to business units, offering recommendations on resource allocation and investment decisions
Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
Preferred
MBA or CPA
