CPG Industry Strategy Expert

In this role, you will enable the sales team through value-driven sales enablement and thought leadership, translating business needs into actionable strategies while engaging with clients and the market.

Responsibilities
Translating platform capabilities into compelling prospect narratives, use cases, and playbooks that empower the GTM team
Joining external conversations, events (e.g., webinars, executive presentations), and market-facing opportunities, building trust and excitement in the market
Weekly 1:1 cadence with each AE : Translate customer pain points into actionable narratives in workshops and Industry coacher as well as go-to person
Bi-weekly Team Training BDR team
Conduct internal training for GTM on new use cases, features, and messaging
Lead & Conduct POC & pilots
Lead & execute new employee onboarding training courses (1:1 & 1:many)
Orchestrate & frame strategic conversations & deliverables
Create and help deliver webinars and client workshops
Represent Tastewise in industry roundtables, panels, and pitch sessions
Qualification
Required
5-7 years as a brand manager or category manager for Food or beverage CPGs in the USA - Must
Hybrid in NYC Office
Background on client facing roles - Must
Preferred
SaaS B2B Experience will be a plus
Led an emerging brand - Advantage
