Responsibilities
Support clinic and department leaders in evaluating and improving operational workflows
Participate in strategic initiatives such as access optimization, space utilization, staffing models, and patient throughput
Conduct data analysis and create dashboards or presentations to inform decision-making
Lead or co-lead assigned projects that align with organizational priorities
Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical and administrative staff
Attend and contribute to leadership and committee meetings
Qualification

Bachelor's Degree
Scheduled to certify, license or graduate within 12 months
