Responsibilities

Drive research excellence, innovation, and project team leadership in microbiological and virological testing within both a non-GLP and a GLP-compliant framework

Advance Arxada’s GLP and adjacent microbiology programs that support the development and regulatory registration of antimicrobial products and related testing services

Deliver on the technical programs with Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D leaders

Seek to deliver scientific knowledge and insight that bring the industry’s understanding forward with new information while being aligned to customer/market requirements for the assigned business or product portfolio

Support the implementation of new or revised strategic initiatives in the Professional Hygiene business and support disinfection projects in the consumer space for Home and Personal Care

Be a key member of cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, R&D, Regulatory) serving as technical lead for growth strategy projects

Deliver on technical programs with Marketing, Regulatory, and R&D leaders

Deliver scientific knowledge and insight that aligns with customer/market requirements for the assigned business or product portfolio

Focus on the Professional Hygiene business and support the implementation of new or revised strategic initiatives

Support disinfection projects in the consumer space for Home and Personal Care

Work with company-wide experts in other divisions as needed
