Responsibilities

Lead the identification, assessment, and resolution of potential and actual conflicts of interest across the firm, with a focus on Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, and other relevant business units
Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of conflict management frameworks, policies, and procedures
Drive the development and implementation of new conflict management systems and tools, ensuring alignment with both regulatory requirements and business needs
Collaborate closely with technology, project management, and business teams to define system requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions
Lead and manage global change initiatives, including policy rollouts, system migrations, and process improvements
Act as a senior advisor to business and compliance stakeholders on complex conflict-of-interest scenarios
Monitor evolving regulatory expectations and industry best practices to maintain a best-in-class conflict management program
Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Required

Experience in conflict management within Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, or related business units
Proven track record in designing and implementing conflict management frameworks, policies, and procedures
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to conflict management
Experience in developing and implementing conflict management systems and tools
Ability to collaborate with technology, project management, and business teams to define system requirements
Experience in leading global change initiatives, including policy rollouts and system migrations
Strong advisory skills to guide business and compliance stakeholders on complex conflict-of-interest scenarios
Ability to monitor regulatory expectations and industry best practices
Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members
