Strategic Accounts Director (ET/CT US)
Kalepa is a startup transforming the commercial insurance industry with its AI Copilot platform. They are seeking a Strategic Accounts Director to drive commercial growth by establishing new relationships with top-tier US insurers and managing high-value enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities
Help spearhead commercial growth and secure new relationships with leading US insurers
Focus on a set of named, high-value, tier 1 enterprise accounts
Own a mix of prospects and cross-sell opportunities at existing accounts
Identify key influencers and stakeholders within accounts
Develop new relationships and nurture existing ones to turn them into sales opportunities
Deliver large commercial agreements
Work closely with company leadership and serve as a trusted thought partner to prospects/clients
Think strategically and devise and execute on approaches to generate new opportunities
Partner with Kalepa's Client Success team to ensure significant commercial impact and ROI for clients
Evangelize Copilot within client organizations
Qualification
Required
10+ years of enterprise sales experience
Exceptional, demonstrated ability to close and grow large enterprise SaaS contracts
Ability to quickly develop master-level knowledge of the industry and become a thought partner to clients, prospects, and Kalepa's leadership
Experience at an early-stage startup during hypergrowth
Ability to independently develop and execute sales plans to exceed Kalepa's targets, including prospecting at the senior executive level at enterprise organizations, including publicly traded companies
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage effectively with senior executives
Ability to hustle: finding ways to get things done, destroying obstacles, and never taking no for an answer
Passionate, deeply motivated, and have a strong will to win
Ability to spend several days per week meeting with clients and prospects in-person within your geography (Tri-state area or Midwest if based in Chicago)
Excellent listening skills; perceptive to clients' strategic priorities and business considerations
Value open, frank, and respectful communication
