Client Service Manager (Office Services)

SPS is a Private Equity Firm headquartered in NYC, seeking an Office Services Manager to oversee a team of professionals supporting national operations. The role focuses on ensuring exceptional client experience and operational excellence across multiple service lines including Reception, Mail Services, and Print Production.

Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate a team of 16 employees across Reception, Mail & Print
Ensure all office services are delivered in line with SPS and client service level agreements (SLAs)
Background in a fast-paced, high-profile office environment with 500+ daily employees and visitors
Foster a client-first mindset with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Partner closely with client stakeholders and SPS leadership to identify process improvements and enhance the employee and visitor experience
Oversee scheduling, staffing, payroll, and training to maintain consistent service coverage across locations
Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality metrics; provide performance feedback and conduct regular evaluations
Manage vendor relationships and supply inventory for mail and print operations
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all service lines
Support onboarding and ongoing development of receptionists to ensure a polished, high-touch front-of-house presence
Collaborate on initiatives related to workplace experience, events, and client hospitality programs

Required

Minimum 3 years of manager or management experience in office services, corporate hospitality, or facilities operations
Experience overseeing reception with either mail or print functions. Ideally, multi-site with varying service lines
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams
Exceptional client service orientation, with experience in corporate or financial services environments preferred
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, professional setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with mail and print systems a plus
