Responsibilities

Lead and develop a layered team of recruiters and client leads responsible for identifying and hiring top campus talent

Partner with key business stakeholders and accountable executives as well as internal HR partners, campus programs teams, and other Students & Grads leaders to understand recruiting needs and develop strategies to meet hiring goals

Leverage data to create compelling recommendations and influence strategic recruitment decisions

Guide the team in executing a sourcing and recruiting strategy that identifies top talent and delivers an optimal candidate experience from initial outreach to offer accept

Collaborate with interview operations ahead of each season on forecasting, selection logistics, and interviewer engagement strategies

Leverage Workday and other recruiting technologies necessary to fulfill role requirements
