Blinds To Go is a company that specializes in providing window treatments and home improvement solutions. They are seeking a Regional In-Home Sales Manager who will start as a Sales Consultant and grow into a sales and training manager, leading an on-the-road team and providing design consultations to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
Learn the business serving customers
Where you visit clients at their home to provide a design consultation
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
Learn how to train, mentor, and develop employees
Gain leadership and management skills
Where you do not do any prospecting as appointments are made by our support team
Qualification
Required
Must have a valid Driver's License
Must have consultative sales experience
Must be willing to work all scheduled hours (40) which may include evenings and weekends

Bachelor's degree preferred
