Surgical Solutions is seeking Traveling Technicians based in the NYC area. The role involves traveling across assigned territories to maintain relationships with hospital staff and ensure high standards for the sterilization and maintenance of surgical instruments.

Responsibilities

Travels across assigned territory existing accounts

Builds and maintains strong relationships with hospital administration, surgeons and other OR staff

Maintains high standards for decontamination, inspection, assembly, inspecting, wrapping, and sterilization of surgical instruments

Maintains all laparoscopic equipment and replace as needed, process repairs for instruments and scopes

Maintains current preference cards for surgeons

Maintains a professional level of service, behavior, and communication with Surgical Solutions team members, hospital, and OR staff

Maintains CRCST Certification

Completes/provides documentation required to obtain medical clearance from the hospital

Completes annual trainings/competencies

Maintains organized records of medical/OHS credentialing requirements

Sets the example at all sites with 100% adoption - daily usage of required hardware and daily login to SCMP at the temporary site to service all cases. Utilizes all digital best practices and share out what has worked well at other locations you have supported where teams may be struggling to merge the operational with digital flows
