Cost Specialist
Cellofoam North America Inc. is seeking a Sales Analyst to support the organization by analyzing sales data and providing actionable insights. The role involves collecting and interpreting data, preparing reports, and assisting in the development of sales strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and generate reports on weekly and monthly financial, sales, and operational performance
Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
Develop financial models and analyses to support key strategic initiatives
Implement and work with business intelligence tools and dashboard reports
Manage large data sets from multiple sources to proactively monitor KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances
Assist in the year-end audit process by preparing audit schedules, performing various research, and works closely with external auditors as necessary
Manage special projects on an ad hoc basis
Interpret data on price, yield, stability, future investment-risk trends, economic influences, and other factors affecting investment initiatives
Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools
Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods
Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets
Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
Perform other production duties as requested by manager, supervisor, or lead
Work in conjunction with other departments to resolve issues
Maintain a positive work atmosphere with a culture of respect for others
Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding plant or employee concerns
Maintain a working knowledge and is in full compliance with corporate standards for business conduct and Federal anti-trust laws
Qualification
Required
4-year degree in Accounting or other related discipline
