Responsibilities

Book appointments with Financial Advisors - that's it. Our recruiters are not responsible to close deals. All we do is refer Financial Advisors to our Fortune 250 Financial client. When an advisor we book transitions to our client (known as a close) we get paid big. In order to recruit well you will need to be a great communicator, be a go getter, have a positive attitude and be able to communicate via text, email, and phone
